Who I Am

Hi, I’m Bárbara. I am a seeker soul, and since I was very young, I have always been connected to the spiritual and intuitive world. I have walked through many places that became bridges for expressing the multiple and diverse being that lives within me.

For some years, I worked in spiritual houses as a medium. I immersed myself in the universe of Yoga and ancient Hindu wisdom.

I delved into energetic therapies in search of my own healing. I found a sacred part of myself when I became a Doula and learned about the mystery of birth.

I connected with the medicines of the forest and lived a magical experience alongside the Indigenous peoples of the Amazon.

Today, I am a being deeply connected to the ancestral wisdom of shamanism and, in an intuitive way, I combine quantum and energetic tools with the forces and medicines of the forest.

For more than ten years, I have been walking this path, offering individual and collective sessions, anchoring a space where you can feel safe, supported, and guided — reflected through a gentle and loving mirror, so you can look at yourself with more compassion and lightness.

I believe, from the bottom of my heart, that we all carry our own unique medicine. My prayer for the world is that each being may find within themselves the divine and powerful force that dwells in each one of us.

It is not I who heals, but my faith — faith in each person’s ability to heal themselves and in the truth that flows through me.
