Founder of Man2Man | Creator of Gaia Soul Holistic Mentor & Facilitator

With over 20 years of experience across engineering, leadership, and transformational facilitation, Rafael Wescher bridges the practical and the soulful. He is the founder of Man2Man, an initiative supporting men’s growth through authentic connection, rites of passage, and embodied presence.

Working at the intersection of personal and collective evolution, Rafael is the creator of Gaia Soul — a relational integration process that guides individuals toward inner harmony, meaningful connection, and alignment with the more-than-human world. His approach draws from deep study of the psyche, breathwork, tantra, and Eastern philosophies, supporting others to move through blockages and live in greater alignment with their essence.

Grounded in nature, shaped by lived experience, and devoted to collective healing, Rafael offers spaces where transformation becomes a path of wholeness and belonging.
